On Pregnancy and Fatherhood

I am not perfect, and there would be times that I need to remind myself of this passage. To be honest, the pregnancy wasn’t easy for me, and especially for her, but in the end, we both know it would be soooo worth it. Thirty-two (32) weeks and counting. Around 6-8 weeks to go. Time does fly, but now Taglet’s birthday seem so far away. Of course we’re both excited, and I’m pretty sure, both afraid as well. Afraid that we’ll screw up one way or another, or afraid that we’re not actually “ready” by today’s standards. Yet I know Joy and I will always have each other, together with God, in this journey of parenthood. Isaac Joseph, we are not perfect parents.
